if investigation leads to them believing he was on the island and engaged in illegal conduct therein, i'm all for him getting indicted, arrested. that's the opposite of shielding. and how would a flight log categorically deny that? are they supposed to publish lists of people NOT on the plane during/after every flight?

its been known for a long time that he's been on the plane, but not on logs to the island. there is some witness testimony though.
