thousands of students from outside the U.S. who go to those newly remote schools won't be able to stay in the states, Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced Monday.

"nonimmigrant F-1 and M-1 students attending schools operating entirely online may not take a full online course load and remain in the United States,"

Students will have to consider "transferring to a school with in-person instruction,"

or "must depart the country" despite the pandemic preventing safe travel anywhere in the world, ICE said.

If they don't leave or change their plans, they may be deported.

    That decision will likely apply to a big portion of the more than 1 million foreign students who attend colleges in the U.S;

More than 5,000 international students attend Harvard University alone,

If they aren't returning to school, they can attend online courses from their home countries.

Sure. But what's the compelling need to ship them out? They're still contributing to our society via rent/tuition/"diversity".
Why should they be given the bum's rush?

Or they can go to school some other country.

I recommend that option as american schools are overpriced and overrated.

Miller kicking out 100Ks of visa recipients is also kicking out many $Bs of their living expenses

1M college visa students, so let's say 500K leave, taking their $2500/month living expense with them,

    that's $1B+ per month gone.

Just as Pootin wanted, Trash/Miller destroying USA's "soft power"

We support a student from South Sudan. His home community doesn't have wifi. But he could walk 2 hours to a nearby city to take classes.

Or, this country could just not be s.

    Drain the brains, excellent idea.
The swamp was filled instead of drained, we need to remove something.

Times have changed. USA is not the educational luminary it uaed to b3.

Overpriced, overbloated and ovwrhyped. Your poor sudanese nig is probably getting stupider by the minute here.

Sure I u derstqnd his situation in sudan it is also no joke. But it is not a no brairer anymore. Other options other countries are valid options

    Pretty much.

Saw that. Just seems like a move. Pointless and a bit cruel. Par for this administration tho.

Also a big you to US colleges that love that hiked up foreign tuition. The entire Trump presidency is about telling everyone but the 30% cult and the elites to off and die.
