I don't think Merck has any IP rights on Ivermectin anymore. I could be wrong.
I enjoy listening to Vincent outside of his Twiv podcast. Very honest.
Merck doesn't have rights to the drug but they own the bacteria that produce the drug. So everyone that makes generic ivermectin has to pay Merck to use the bacteria.
I like Twiv too. It can be a long slog listening to an hour long discussion on exactly how TMPRSS2 cleaves the furin binding site to allow viral attachment but I find that stuff interesting.
