Or the recent 9-0 ruling on Chris Christie’s bridgegate.
If it was a Dem politician responsible for bridge gate rather than Chris Christie, Thomas Alito and Kavanaugh would have all been voting in the other direction.
I think federal prosecutions have no possibility of the death penalty for one or both of the plaintiffs in this case.
