This is exactly why a lax "Swedish" strategy or whatever can't work here. Too many irresponsible/self-absorbed people in this country.
WTF are they thinking? Half the town drunk/DUI and doing a vehicular conga line through downtown San Antonio? Do they spill beer on each others cars?

Even with lockdowns and bars closed, we've still seen a lot of DWI's and drunk driving wrecks in the area.
