KELDON IS MONEY FROM 3 BABY
6-point swing. Great challenge by Pop
Don't want to be stuck on Mustang Island
DeMar is horrible at half court shot attempts. Dude never even draws iron or hits the backboard
Final
1 2 3 4 T MEM 31 24 33 27 115 UTAH 25 39 25 35 124
I'M KINDA SHOCKED WE HAVE THE LEAD
Great challenge by Pop though. Helped swing things for us and it obv wasn’t a foul to begin with
Man, it'd be great if Jak and Dejounte contribute anything in the 2nd half.
Trade Murray
Wow that challenge was fantastic. 6 pt swing. That kind of swing can win ballgames
Cmon spurs please pull this one out!
With Jjj our for Memphis is gonna be difficult for them to even make the playoffs
Murray and Walker playing scared in front of so many big men. Spurs can't score or even attack the paint vs Nuggets' positional defense, they must PUSH the ball and play in transition.
Denver's guardless units are vulnerable to full court press, I've watched Spurs doing this a few times during these games. Hopefully Popovich tries at some point in the second half. I can see our guys running some zone defense as well.
Anything that puts the pressure on Denver's big man dribbling creation should favor Spurs. Any broken play it's a opportunity for San Antonio of running the court faster than Denver.
Harder to predict contracts in this climate, but thinking 4/$70M for this version of White.
Walker isn't playing great, but at least isn't playing dumb and can shoot. Same can't be said for Murray, yet he continues to receive a free pass.
It’s been said a lot already but man this version of the spurs is so much more enjoyable to watch then the one we saw all year.
it’s night and day
The only thing that might save Memphis as there playing the bucks there last game and the bucks probably don’t play anyone
On the flip side, Murray is a bit of an overpay
Attacking the rim and going away from mid range play has been a god send.
What did Pop put in the gatorade at halftime??
So they put up a stat earlier of Poeltl's plus/minus and it smacks of being another example of a useless stat. He's been in foul trouble for the better part of the restart and has played limited minutes. He's just been lucky to be on the floor when we've had our ulative runs.
In short, despite the numbers, I think Poeltl hasn't been much of a factor one way or the other.
