Agreed. Spoiled AF. Nephew was icing on the cake, and 2014 of course. Very proud of the team. Pops even showed he still has it the way he has coached up the youngsters. Even DeMar bought into his role and has been really good during this tournament. In fact, we don’t go on this run without his sterling play.

It was gonna happen eventually but you gotta imagine it’ll weigh on the players knowing they were the guys on the team that ended our streak

Watching Boban play for mavs .. he never got minutes with pop, same as bertans, they are both good... old man pop has to go....he broke lonnie .. he will break keldon... everyone needs to get over themselves... except for pop..
GTFO. Pop is the GOAT coach. Boban and Latvian don’t mean . Boban got big pay day and we got ed over on the trade for Latvian

I’m really disappointed with all the Pop hate about rotations this year when the fact is even if he had run out this squad the entire season we would’ve got stomped in the playoffs regardless bottom line is after Kawai left we’ve been in rebuild mode and they are actually getting better now with another first round early pick we’ve got a bright future coming up

Welp, all streaks come to an end and what a ride it was. Thank you Spurs for 22 straight years of hard-fought, elite standards. Sure, there was much heartbreak during this run, none that hurt more than Game 6 but we wound up getting arguably the most satisfying revenge Championship les in Sports History and 5 les overall for a pure dynasty out of it. We all look forward to a bright future, creating another magical run.

The other issue that nobody seems to talk about is that a lot of players are probably over performing because there are no road games here young players always under perform on the road as a post to Home but every game is essentially a home game so you’re seeing wildly good play from players they probably are over performing for the most part

At the time, they did....then they lost against the Nuggets.

If Spurs had won out, we'd be 9th.

Win-win hear tonight. If we win, it's been a super successful bubble even if we didn't make the playoffs.

    Lose...better draft pick.

We already know the results so let's just enjoy the last Spurs game of the '19-'20 season.

I was pretty damn sure that was the case. It's just a reminder of how stupid Pop was for favoring the scrubs all year. They did control their playoff chances but grandpa insisted on being mediocre.
That and I was actually hyped all week for this game only to find out on the way home the Suns and Grizz kicked ass. Very anticlimactic.

Really? Judging by everyone's opinion on him here, he moved like he is walking in mud because of a 2 minute sprint last game out
