Folks who are old, sick, quarantined, immuno-compromised, disabled, without transportation to the polls or too poor to take time off work to vote, will still need to vote absentee.
That didn't change this year.
Others may not be aware why absentee voting is important, others don't read articles, just headlines.

No, I think if all Fauci's conditions are met things will be mostly OK.
Those conditions will not be met.
In a developed country it would be no issue. See recent Russian elections.
But in a 3rd world hole like the USA where a large part of voters have to stand in line for 5 or 6 hours straight, its definitely much more risky.
