There's so many brands of tires. Seems like whenever I go to buy tires it's new brands I never heard of being sold anyways.
If you're looking to go cheap I highly recommend Specter tires

Never go cheap on tires. Or batteries.

I was recommended Nitto G2 555's for my car. Pricey, but the best tires I've ever bought

Yeah, the times I went cheap on tires, I always regretted it.

Seems like I'm always subject to whatever the retailer is selling. They always have side deals to sell certain tires.
I don't even bother going into it intent on a certain brand any more.

Sorry about that. I usually buy Michelin tires.
    Michelin fan here too, tbh
I've never been burned by them on tires or windshield wipers, tbh.

Not my experience, but I don't have sports cars.

Relatively fast in some cases. I had 60K tires that probably lasted for only 50K miles. But they were good enough that I didn't count it as getting burned.

Never been a tire nerd, but I love the ride on my Michelin Premier LTXs.

They can but they're not as bad as pirelli tires which in my experience have been the worst.

Props for posting this my brother. I figured meh, the usual.

Great plan/decision by BLM to present it as social issue instead of political. Even as I present to relatives in Europe I struggle to explain without falling into political discussion trap.

They wear fast if you drive like crazy and brake hard. I used to drive like that in my 20s but drive much slower now and my last Michelins lasted 6 years, 70k miles. And they probably could be driven for 10-20k more if driven lightly

But yes they are super expensive. Not for the cheap folks for sure. They seem plenty grippy and safe though
