Based on that speed limit sign in the middle I'd say they are all doing about the speed limit, plus or minus the skewed normal distribution.

I don't understand the "reracking" comments. How many rounds did he fire? You don't rerack an AR. You simply release the bolt and that's only after inserting another magazine because yours is now empty. It's not a pump action shotgun.

"Reracking" meant Kyle pulled the bolt back ejecting an unfired round. There was no unfired round found. It was Grosskreutz bs explanation of why he had pulled his gun.

He was better prepared. The guy who already had his gun drawn and was chasing a guy who had an AR-15 got shot because he wasn't really qualified to engage the shooter. You should never get out maneuvered if your opponent is on the ground fighting two or three other people and you're closing the distance fast with your handgun drawn already, especially if the opponent is a 17 year old kid. Dude just shot 2 people and you're going to keep approaching him WITH a handgun you weren't prepared to use? Darwin award for sure.
