if the OL doesnt move and the defender moves back into position, there's no flag (as long as the ball isn't snapped). but some dumb on the offense jumps up and starts pointing, ant it becomes instant penalty on the defense.

That's why I'm saying........... Why not just throw every play? We have enough talent that someone will always get open and catch the ball. There's no reason we should ever have to run unless we're chewing clock or on the goal line.
