Its a supposition based on political, self preservation concerns.
UAe, Bahrain and other smaller Arab countries run by monoarchies that are clearly enemies of Iran are tentatively making a decision to share intelligence with Israel, who has the best armed forces and by far the best intelligence in the region. They see Iran as a bigger threat to their security. The Shia-Sunni hatred in very strong. These monoarchies want to remain so. Iran, if you have forgotten, is a complex mixture between religious leaders and actual political leaders, it's not a monarchy. Iran has tried before to destabilize these monoarchies.
There is also the possibility that Israel shares technology with these small countries so their rulers just don't have to basically give cash to citizens, they can actually put them on some difficult work that could become available with cooperation with Israel. However, the bottom line is Jews and Muslims never lacked hatred and have gone back and forth between war and stability for a very long time.
If Saudi joins Israel in a perfunctory manner like the others it looks much better, like peace. But conflicts continue to break out and if you live in this region you are forced to pick a side. The sides could have a different look tentatively. But the new lines have been drawn and involvement is certain. Perhaps even more certain because Iran still gets help from Russia in the region and is looking for trouble when things go bad internally.
