Love Bam's game and the grit of this Heat team
That Adebayo block just raised the stock of every defensive minded switchable big in the draft!
Srs question. That goaltending?
My cursory understanding is that the ball has to be airborne. But just checking.
This was the best game of the entire NBA season. Love to see it. Ultimately, the Heat's depth will prevail. I originally said Heat in 6, could see this going 7. Hoping for a close, compe ive series.
Bulls traded Butler to Minnesota
Riley & Spoelstra
3 of the 4 finalist have a positive and encouraging backstory
I believe the ball must be in flight, which would suggest the offensive player has released the basketball. Since dunk attempts generally have the offensive player still touching the ball, a block attempt on a dunk attempt would appear to not be goaltending. Because if it were, then there would be an argument most dunk attempts would be offensive goaltending.
Riley/LeBrat would be Don Nelson/Dirt 2.0
Yea, I think you're right. Just double checking cos it's usually not right over the cylinder like that when blocked.
Ya if we could get a for-a-fact answer would like to know.
Nothing wrong with your post JamStone
As Tatum started towards the hoop i thought he should NOT try to dunk it, rather do the high backboard layup. Bam was waiting, had his legs completely under him.
Still a great block, just felt Tatum should have gone with the more sure thing.
He should've passed to Smart or an open player that the help defense created. He just wanted to be a hero. He's got the Harden L gene.
Does this mean they did consider the block as a possible 'tend and ruled Good Block?
Miami missed several layups in the first quarter, and seem content with flickin' up 3's.
Missed FT's and missed layups destroy a team's confidence.
Celtics with the W.
The Heat are what the Cripples thought they were.....gutless worms
Theis got burned for giving the token contest. Maybe cost the C's the game.
Brown and Dragic putting their teams on their backs.
Damn, again. On Dragic both times, too.
Brown looked like he was unsure when he shot that corner three. Dude tightens up with the score.
Miami trying to choke off the lead with the Manu turnover and Craig Popplevich defensive strategy by choosing not to defend the trey up 3 with 12 seconds to go.
They luck out as Celtics brick the trey.
Heat look like a team of destiny, Lakers are ed if they get past Denver tbh
