I think they won’t be able to do it until after the election. I take some solace in the possibility of an egregious lame duck session that has like a 15% chance of making it so Schumer grows some balls.
you're ed... don't lump us in with your mentally ill ass you loon.

Statement on Twitter
he's the worst president in modern American history.
I don't buy it. Who will the be the fourth to vote against confirmation?
Why do you lie ?
He is by far the best president since abe Lincoln
he can go himself. the decision to go ahead and nominate somebody was made before he put that statement out
Before Election Day? Gardner, Collins, Romney Murkowski. Possibly Graham since he’s in a tight senate race and already committed to not rushing a nominee through confirmation in an election year.
After Election Day I think McConnell definitely has the votes in a lame duck session.
No lie.
He's the worst president in modern American history.
No one else would just let 200k Americans die and declare it a victory.
RBGs ego ed you guys. She could have stepped down graciously 4 years ago and Obama could have replaced her with someone equally liberal. Its going to be fun watching heads in here explode when Trumps nominee gets confirmed.
I've seen a few comments that fit this narrative tbh
So as someone new and ignorant to the political process, what's stopping the Republican's SCOTUS nominee from being confirmed before the inauguration? Is it something just agreed on by both parties or is there some sort of law stopping it?
4 years ago her replacement would have been blocked by McConnell the same way Garland was.
After Obama was re-elected she and Breyer should have both stepped down well before the 2014 midterms.

How many died, ducks?
The vetting process generally takes at least 4-6 weeks, but that can easily be shortened. There’s theoretically nothing stopping it, the discussion is about whether they have the votes. Republicans up for re-election in tight races won’t want anything to do with a vote before Election Day.
Biden criticized Trump for shutting down travel from China. More people would have died under Biden tbh
No she couldn't have. Four years ago McConnell was blocking Garland's vote.
No. They wouldn't have.
You guys are holding on to the travel non-ban like it worked.
It didn't.
Don't see it. Gardner and Graham have been Trump bootlickers the entire way, no reason for them to stop now. Garner knows he is done for and Lady G will get terrible turnout if he goes against the Dear Leader.
Great job that travel ban did keeping the really deadly strain from Italy out.
it doesnt even matter if RBG lived another year because biden and trump are totally the same anyway amirite guys
