I don't see how anyone can conclude that either of them won that debate. If Biden had not stooped to Trump's level, then I probaby would say he won because he looked into the camera at key moments and appeared to be more 'folksy'.

But since that did not happen, we had an absolute sh1tshow of a debate with only losers; the people who tuned in and followed it throughout.

Those rule changes are going to help Trump in ways he seems incapable of helping himself. He was successful in rattling Biden early on in the debate, but then he never gave Biden enough rope to ramble in circles the way he did at times during the Dem primary debates. There were a few moments where Biden looked like he was on the verge of one of his answers where he cant even fill the allotted time with substance until Trump interrupted him.

Not really sure if debates are to be won or lost but if you had to pick a winner I'd say Biden only because he proved he could hold up under pressure, take a bunch and counter punch, and for the most part keep his cool--which I think he did considering Trump came off as a belligerent asshole attacking his sons.
