I've posted that before. I'm familiar with it. That's just backstory for the uninitiated. The Delaware State claim is from just two days ago, however.

it's a real snoozer too, but it is revealing: Joe Biden pressed the native son credibility too far for Delaware State University.

“Vice President Biden did not attend DSU,” the college’s director of news service, Carlos Holmes, told the Washington Times.

He was “awarded an honorary doctoral degree” but was never a student, Holmes stressed.
