the notion that parents should decide what their kids learn in school is kinda stupid too

widespread feelings of guilt projected on kids, tbh
odd we would have that in a post racial-society
"inclusion is too divisive so we're excluding any symbols or discussion of it"
conservative snowflakes
US history ain't beanbag, children won't be well prepared to live in US society if we teach them it's all

Participation trophy for snowflakes...
Seems like conservatives in America got a hold of the modern liberal cheat code and the left counters with conservative talking points
Only one of them talk about bootstraps and personal responsibility tho...
Remember when you were against government censorship?
I wonder why my kids' school taught one Shakespeare play throughout the entire high school curriculum but several books on race - especially AP ENGLISH Language and AP ENGLISH Literature classes - you'd think the greatest writer in the English language would get more coverage than Romeo and Juliet in 9th grade.
Florida doesn't have a Shakespearism problem.
Both parties/sides are weak. Did you expect Republicans to not use your own plays against you? History has proven there is no turning back on these progressive changes. Dodge ball remains banned. So instead of changing the game, Republicans are providing their version of the rules to it.
you just called ending dodge ball censorship.
What school taught you that?
Dodge ball was banned because it made some kids uncomfortable. Brought "discomfort and anguish".
What school taught you that is censorship?
PE is a class and this game/lesson was banned on the grounds of feelings
What school taught you that is censorship?
What is your fixiation with censorship?
that one illustrated book with the guy talking about giving a blowjob as a minor probably shouldn't be in schools though.
You're the one who used to be concerned about it.
What school taught you that is censorship?
But it's got a race problem? And the solution is "banning" children's classics like Dr. Seuss' "And to think that I saw it on Mulberry Street" claiming racism against Chinese when this Chinese person read it lots of times to her kids and NEVER ONCE thought it was racist or was offended?
