Only Rasmussen (one point ahead) and some rare state polls moving to Trump. Biden seemingly has this won unless state polling is consistently wrong.
If Trump is able to get enough votes thrown out in PA and FL, that might be enough. If the election is a blowout, there's not much Trump can do about it.
So far the rejection rate for absentee ballots in Florida has been extremely low (and election officials are required to follow up with the voter to have it corrected), and under Florida law all early voting ballots are counted as they're cast, then immediately posted once the polls close. By 8:00 next Tuesday we're going to have 80+% of all the ballots in Florida posted, with the remaining 20% likely being heavily Trump voters. Trump doesn't really have a window to get votes tossed in FL the way he does in PA; getting a court to order a state to stop counting/recounting ballots is one thing, getting a court to reverse ballots that have already been processed and counted is a lot harder. I can't recall a time it's ever been done.
At least in Miami-Dade county, we can put email, home and mobile phone on envelope for any question/mistake. There is no reason for any ballot to get thrown out.
Like with Bush v Gore. Three people who worked on that for Bush, as you know, now sit on the Supreme Court.

RE-counting, I think is what you mean. That is not the original counting of votes that arrived on time.
We'll see what Trump does, I'm not clairvoyant. The GOP has been challenging votes that have already been cast, I wouldn't put it past them to do similar with other on-time ballots cast by legit US voters.
