Biden has proposed raising the corporate tax rate, income tax rate among the rich, and the capital gains tax rate for the rich. If he was able to push these policies through I don't see how that would be bankrupting America considering the government would have more revenue. Right now our problem is the current Trump tax cuts that have increased the deficit rapidly.
