GOPers should thank their lucky stars that Biden was the opponent. He's not that far from them ideologically. If Biden makes it through the 1st term so Harris doesn't take over, I cannot imagine much in the way of change in the next 4 years, especially if congress isn't controlled well by either party and given the imbalance on the supreme court. What I can imagine is a return to some normalcy where the POTUS isn't a sensational media topic day in and day out.
