We tend to forget he lost the popular vote both against "crooked Hillary" and "Sleepy joe". And without the Hillary gate that they tried to duplicate with the Hunter Biden's mails fiasco, he would have never been president at all.
People are massively overestimating him, while he barely won and will probably lose against two of the worst dem candidates in history.

Ok I have been working as doctor last 6 hours without time to get online- what is the real truth? It seems from a review of 538 and major sites that Biden near lock to have 270 locked up by tonight or worse case am and Trump is seeking recount in WI but does Trump still have a legit chance at victory? From what I am seeing Senate stays Red, House in a shocker goes a little less blue but Presidency seems headed Blue? Am I missing something?

The truth is who the knows. WI is called for Biden. MI probably goes Biden. NV who knows. AZ has been called for Biden by the AP and one other outlet (forget which), but Republicans in the state claim they'll win it and Silver's news about republican registrations in the late mail-in vote should give the GOP a sliver of hope of maybe pulling it off. NC is pretty unlikely to flip, Trump probably has it. GA who knows? Not a whole lot of votes to count and Trump has a decent lead but the votes left are thought to be very very blue. PA who knows? None of us knows who will be president at the end of January.
We should know by end of day today or noon tomorrow at the latest.

You have to have an actual legal reason to have the Supreme Court review any election issue. You can't just say something looks funny and you think it is fraud and have the Supreme Court somehow investigate. I do not doubt there could be lawsuits at some point, but I think the margins are going to be wide enough that Trump can't make up the difference, even if he gets recounts in the battleground states and even if he were to be able to prove some kind of fraud. The disparity of votes so far is too great to think any fraud could swing the election. You can't do 100,000 fraudulent votes and not be caught.
