I think I've said this before, but I'm thinking borderline personality disorder. Most male borderlines will lash out at anyone and everyone...and will do ridiculous things to get attention. Creating all the alts and dedicating whole threads to get other people to give him negative attention is pretty typical behavior for a male borderline.
