Not a cluster at all, the law is straightforward. The Trump appointed judge who threw out Rep. Kelly's lawsuit requesting review and the reversal of PA's certification of presidential electors cited most of things I just posted, plus a lot more.

Allegations of fraud have yet to be sustained in any court. Until that happens and gets appealed all the way up, SCOTUS can't do .

The hypothetical is preposterous, SCOTUS is not going to nullify millions of votes in a presidential election in favor of the clear loser unless overwhelming, particularized evidence of fraud is sustained in a lower court.
If that happened, it would be entirely proper for SCOTUS to uphold it. How I felt about the decision itself would depend entirely on the case and the proportionality of the remedy.
Not gonna lie, though. Another four years of Trump would be a bummer.
