Take Trump out of the equation, and republicans should be pretty happy how the congressional races went. No doubt Trump drove turnout, but it's just odd to me how many voters seemingly weren't willing to follow Biden down the ballot.

It was a mistake in Trump's favor that was corrected.

How does he know those votes are republican if they haven't been counted? Even if they weren't counted and should have been, the remedy is to count them, not throw to out a bunch of other votes.
BTW, even if all 12,000 votes are for Trump, Biden still wins.

State...UNOFFICIAL results have Biden and Trump separated by 4,202 votes right now.
This morning it was 10,377. The difference?
A faulty upload from Greenlee county.
They show 22,110 votes. Should be 3,723

Arizona's Secretary of State website posted the official margin of victory for Biden over President Donald Trump was 4,202 votes after originally stating the margin to be more than 10,000 out of more than 3.2 million cast.
"So the steps are, of course, you have voting, you have tabulation, then you have certification at the county level," Ducey said.
"That's being conducted or is completed. The next step is state certification. There's no reason at this point, with what's happening inside the legal system, that that wouldn't go forward, and that is my expectation."
