Apparently you're unfamiliar with our system of limited subject-matter jurisdictions. Cases do not originate in the Supreme Court, it's the court of ultimate appeal.
Apparently you talk out of your ass, and say things like "no paths will lead to SCOTUS". Spare me your copypasta.

So according to Chrissy the supreme court will just hand Trump the win every single judges in the lower courts has denied him? Seems just right.
Trump only has 4 cases and one was dismissed.

    You actually have several options:

1.) Post memes and emojis (extra credit for Pepe the Frog)

2.) Roll your eyes and ignore the evidence.

3.) Rely on Media for your daily talking points ( so you can win those online debates!)

    4.) All of the above.

5.) None of the above (logical choice)
The Courts are ignoring the "evidence". Why do you think that is?

One counterexample proves me wrong. Trace Trump's legal pathway, if you possibly can.

i don't think you can do it.

Four days to get to SCOTUS with no chance to depose witnesses or develop the record.

    Tick tock.

They are changing the standards in both Nevada & Arizona to "prove it's a forgery" or "depose all 50K voters", an impossible standard to meet, and not the standard Dems used to throw out past elections.

Also everything can be appealed since those decisions are not final.

At this point, Trump & Co. have lost so many challenges and wasted so much time that they're reduced to asking for declaratory judgment based on conclusory allegations and piles of hearsay.

It's not going go well for Trump in any courtroom, including SCOTUS.

So you're saying it's impossible to "prove it's a forgery".

And you still think it's going to the Supreme Court.

"The move follows the Pennsylvania state supreme court's rejection Saturday of a suit challenging expanded mail-in voting in the key northeastern state.

In the motion filed Thursday the top US court is not asked to rule on the merits of the case at this point.

Rather, the plaintiffs ask the court for an injunction to halt any remaining steps in the election certification, which was actually done last week, so the plaintiffs can develop their arguments....
