Unfortunately for our children’s children’s children, Stephen Miller is a vampire. He will be back to influence American politics in another 100 years.

^ Yeah okay. As half of the country legalized marijuana, decrimalized psilocybin, and Oregon isn't going to lock up low level drug offenders now because they voted Democrat.

Every POTUS who left office in the past 40 years was "going to jail" according to the other side.

The only thing he can probably legit get in criminal trouble for is the long-term tax evasion, and with his money and lawyers it won't be an issue; worst case scenario is he has to leave the USA, and like I said, move to a non-reciprocity country, possibly one nearby like the Bahamas or Jamaica. From there he can have his mansions and play golf for the rest of his life, live like a king but stay out of the US's face.

SDNY says hi. GOP can't protect him from them and Robert Mueller. Joe won't pardon him either.

SDNY says hi. GOP can't protect him from them and Robert Mueller. Joe won't pardon him either.

He's a FL resident, so he'll tell New York to go themselves, plus if it's a state offense that makes him getting actually prosecuted even less likely. If he moves out of the country, even to a country with reciprocity, he won't be extradited for a state offense that isn't homicide. But the real point is... do you really want to piss off every single Trump voter (>70 Million) by putting a guy they voted for in prison? Plus the independents. It would look draconian on the part of the DNC and they would be crushed by the voting public for a generation-plus. Not to mention that the next GOP president would pardon him in any case.
