It turns out the only person floating Rahm's name was Rahm himself to try and create media buzz that would lead to a cabinet post , the Biden team isn't even returning his calls. Not a chance he'd waste his AG pick on Perez either, that would piss literally every part of the Democratic Party off. His AG is either gonna be Doug Jones, Sally Yates, or a minority of some sort.

The fact he isn't making Susan Rice secretary of state is a good sign that Biden is staying away from all of the toxic names no matter how well connected they are with the DNC.
