See Rules 33, 34 and 36, they govern interrogatories, RFP and RFAs (respectively). All 3 have a 30 day response deadline.

tick tock
why the term kraken is still being used? looks more like a limp shrimp by now...
The kraken crumbles to dust in the movie, so it fits.
Also it comes from a totally different mythology, so it makes no sense where it is. Checks another box.
Ending their run 1-50 by the end of tomorrow. Hopefully more.
You hate to see it...
Let's recap here:
- Trump was expected to lose the election: he lost
- Trump was expected to be a completely sore loser: he is
- Trump was expected to on laws and the Cons ution to desperately try to cling to power: he tried
- Trump was expected to get shat on while trying to do the above: he did
So far everything is playing out as expected, tbh...
another one for the archive
Frame it and display it for the next 4 years
keep that same energy January 20th
Unlike you, I'm not going anywhere, tbh... well, unless you were lying, which wouldn't be a first either...
And?
Trump can tweet he won the election a million times. Won't change reality.
Fake news... if the election is not certified, Jake Hoffman is not a Representative-elect, thus not a member of the legislature.
because their claims are as mythical as the creature
So Texas sued GA, WI, MI and PA saying their changes to election laws violated the Electors Clause and 14th Amendment of the Cons ution.
It asked SCOTUS to have the legislatures of those states appoint electors.

Link to the filing? Sounds like a rehash of what's already been shot down in federal court:
- Laches
- Standing
- Failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted
- Unsubstantiated Equal Protection claim
- Moot
Not to mention the SCOTUS already sustained changes to electoral law in at least PA and MI as legal.

11th hour bid by Trump/Pence to steal the vote in Milwaukee. They sure seem to hate black folks who show up to vote.
(glad to see Mike Pence torching his own political future by putting his name on it )
Thomas More Society withdraws lawsuit in AZ under threat of sanctions, like a good faith appellant does.
The ongoing Trumpian disinfo op is meant to launch a political movement. This is ing fascism.
Republicans don't do pussy hats, they prefer to threaten the lives of public officials.
