The PA SCOTUS has been clear on what it thinks about mail-in ballots, I expect this ruling to go the same way as the other 10+.

I'm not a stranger to this scheme, in fact I was briefly worried about the possibility. There was some discussion of it a week or two ago in this forum.
The fatal problem with the rogue elector scenario is that is that the states are bound to follow the law. They do have the power to change the manner of appointing electors, but not after election day.
Congress determines the timing of the appointment of electors:

I thought at some point even the most ardent of Trump supporters would relent... at some point. Guess not. If they cannot see at this point how ridiculous this assclown looks and sounds, there really is no hope for them. This is no longer a Republican versus Democrat line in the sand. This is reality versus acid trip Wonderland. Just based on how he’s handled the election results and just that alone, even ignoring his terrible handling of covid-19, Trump is the biggest embarrassment in American political history. Bar none. Why are there still loyalists hanging on his every word, let alone rallying around his stupidity?
