    If I were twitter I would file a motion to get it moved to either federal court or California (since twitter and Nunes both reside in California), in either jurisdiction this gets dismissed very quickly.

    Prosecutors can now complain about online publications to the state communications watchdog,

    The suit mainly focuses on the now-deleted @DevinNunesMom account and, boy, does it not disappoint. The tweets quoted in the lawsuit include a few real doozies, like:

    "Devin Nunes’ Mom stated that Nunes had turned out worse than Jacob Wohl"

    "falsely stated that Nunes would probably join the 'Proud Boys' if it weren’t for that unfortunate ‘nomasturbating’ rule”

    i'm pretty sure it was filed and dismissed. one of the exhibits was trumps birth certificate
