To Avert 'Full-Blown War,' Coalition Urges Biden to Rejoin Iran Deal
"Biden must seize this opportunity,
veer off the path to military confrontation with Iran,
ease crushing sanctions, and
restore the most significant agreement between the U.S. and Iran in decades."

Project labor agreements on federal construction projects will benefit nearly 200,000 workers
President Biden recently signed an executive order (EO)
requiring project labor agreements on federal construction projects over $35 million, a move that is expected to affect $262 billion in federal construction contracting and improve job quality for nearly 200,000 workers.
Project labor agreements (PLAs) are used primarily in the construction industry to establish the terms of employment for all workers on a project.
Generally, PLAs specify workers’ wages and fringe benefits and may include provisions requiring contractors to hire workers through union hiring halls, otherwise establish a unionized workforce, or develop procedures for resolving employment disputes.
PLAs often include language that
prevents workers from striking during the project
while also preventing employers from locking workers out.

Are you outraged, SnakeBoy?
Oil just hit $95.
Fed talking a 150 basic point increase this year.
ugh.
The fed should start by ending quan ative easing yesterday. It's stunning how behind the 8-ball the Fed has been in the last year.
the hurt feeling over consensual activity behind closed doors is off the charts -- and prurient as well.
nobody is talking about qualifications for the job.
I think the obscene liquidity is intentional (not saying it's good for the average Joe). It's one way to e up inflation and reduce salaries by currency depreciation. Very unlikely that your average pay raise this year will beat inflation.
The problem is that anybody that has been partying with the stock market has no incentive to go get a job these days.
Heck even I want to quit my job so I can focus on full time on options trading, at least until the market cools off and we lose the volatility.
Not really but you get the point.
Yep. I actually like my job and I don't have to worry about market swings, but if that wouldn't be the case, there's basically no incentive for me to have an actual job. Plus my income would get taxed lower as well.
The overarching problem is that we would really not be producing anything, and the notion that the market has become too big to fail is somewhat a recipe for disaster in the longer term (though I might be dead by then).
