The US is already the largest oil producer in the world. Just a matter of time until we pump up production again, and the Saudis some more.
This is why the Saudis have been buying up politicos (like Trump) non stop for a while now.
It will probably take time and Joe might not be around anymore. Going back to the Saudis is a mistake though.
