Biden, as far as I can tell, is not aware or doesn’t care that we have a Cons ution that requires laws to be passed by Congress. He doesn’t believe that. He thinks he is the Congress and the Executive. And he’s quite startled and infuriated when the Supreme Court says, “Well, we’re in the Cons ution, too.” He can’t believe it and many of his supporters can’t believe it, either. That’s really terrifying.
