Thanks for this OP
Great interview, thanks!
Pop at his most humane interview mode I have yet seen.
Psyched for the season!!!!
Pop is so cool about assessing the team and what each player needs to work on to increase their skills. He will work with what he has and what the draft has provided. Going up tempo with these guys should be lots of fun to watch.

Pop was so nice it must be his last year cause I know he hates talking to the media - I found it interesting at the end when they asked him about Poodle and he talked about his need to get better and his need to score points he mentioned he was the PAC 10 leading scorer so he wants to see him score more this year.
I guess people come here for things besides information straight from the horse's mouth. Kinda weird, kinda SpursTalk.
great post, very good interview
Great interview & pretty insightful. Good to see that Pop is going to demand a change in play style from not only the veterans but the youngsters too. Poeltl & Walker IV definitely need to make the most of this season, and in Walker's case the injuries to his fellow guards, take a much needed step forward.
Excited for opening night in a couple of weeks!
it really is cool seeing the ‘other side’ of pop where he’s not doing his grumpy old man schtick courtside or at game pressers
i assume he hates those formats bc the press generally says pop is the best person to interview when they can get him in an environment hes comfortable with (rather than tv cam in his face soundbite time)
nice video ... lets see LMA take even more 3pointers ... real bummer that Derrick and Keldon will not be ready for the start of the season. that sux
I thought the interview was kewl
It's because the interview is 22 minutes long
But spending 22 mins arguing with Dux is okay?
Yawn what else is Pop going to do? He has to coach this motley mismatched team and I guess up tempo is a good as any to hide how bad this roster is.
He is at home, probably more relaxed than during a conf press tbh...
Exactly, when he is interviewed during practices or games he is focused on the task at hand tbh
Thanks for sharing the clip. It was strange to see him with long hair lol. I wish I could go directly to topics that he spoke about. Almost the entire first 10 minutes I’d about the COVID logistics and team USA (And there wasn’t anything substantial about the team, yawn!) speed it up to the good stuff
