No more tick tock?
Here’s when Biden’s win becomes official —
and how Trump has been trying to prevent that
"That effort has failed.
All six battleground states in which Trump was challenging the results —
Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Wisconsin —
have formally certified Biden’s win."

I have to say that I expected GOP run states to be even more accommodating to Trump but they did their job and democracy won.
Trash will tweet, from his private account, to defeat every Repug governor that didn't play along, and he will probably succeed in killing their careers. 74M agree.
What's your path to victory, derp?
Sucks for them, they made their bed in helping turn the GOP into the party of Trump.
Tick tock, tick tock.
Gotheem!
They really did. It was only a matter of a time before the rage turned inwards.
so trump says we should adhere to the precedent established in a dissenting opinion by Ginsburg over the majority opinion of the Court in that same case.
we can see what kind of road that takes us down if applied consistently
Have a good one yourself, chrissy.
Is that 100 losses yet? I've lost count.
the count per marc elias/democracy docket is 50. there website maintains a database of every single election case that has been filed pre and post election, with all the court filings for each one. its pretty impressive.
though when they lose a case then a subsequent appeal, they only count those as 1 loss. if you included appeals they're probably north of 75
Oh I'd definitely count those tbh. Anything where you have to pay an additional filing fee or other legal costs, I'd say that's entering the game again. It's basically like asking for a rematch and getting your ass kicked again.
