Guy makes a good point.
Why the f*ck were those ass clowns taking PKs instead of Sterling, who was having a great tourney? SMH
Southgate is a scared manager.
England derserved to lose. They curled up in the fetal position the second half on. Mancini made a key subs ution upfront and no answer.
Total lack of guts. England is afraid to lose so they can’t win. Need to try a foreign manager with testicles.
Good job by the Italians staying patient after the sub and Mancini rearrangement up front. That’s the confidence of a team not afraid of the moment. So many back passes or lateral safe passes by England until they just pinned themselves back. At home with one of their best midfields in a long while. C ini dominated Kane in the air, especially 2nd half, Kane could bring nothing down and hold to pass which he can be deadly at.
The Italians deserved this one. Possibly not against Spain though.

Didn't brexit soon enough.
Globalists never let a tragedy go to waste.
It's probably those ers and their bots posting most of it, tbh.

Yea, why the wasn't Grealish taking a PK?
Southgate; trash manager.
Maybe Southgate deserves credit for overall team chemistry.
But his in-game management /tactics leaves something to be desired.
terrible coaching by Southgate, bringing in 3 cold players for the penalty SO, not to mention Rashford had 0 to little playing time before that
also Sterling scored big goals for them durng the tournament
Southgate with the typical white owner move knowing well they would take the blame in case they lose
67 might seem like an arbitrary cutoff since england won the 66 wc, but that was the last world cup with no cards and no subs. 66 back, you could repeatedly commit hard fouls without fear of ejection, injure the other teams players and they couldn't sub on a healthy player. 62 and 66 are famous for being bloodbaths, 66 was so egregious changes were made...
I don't think Southgate had any racial motives. That would be absurd. Rashford I understand. He has buried kicks in big games. Though I am still not a fan of bringing him on cold. Sano and Saka are real head scratchers when there is Grealish and Sterling. Seriously, why does Southgate seem to have it in for Grealish? I thought the not playing him was a byproduct of conservatism. But now I legit think he wanted to win without making him the hero. What has Sano and especially Saka ever shown that they shoul be the four and five kickers? That's ing insane!
This is great, tbh... England clearly still need to kneel more in their fight against racism...
They could start by having a Black coach...
nah I don't think SG had any racial motication either, I was just kidding tbh
Still coaching tho
Watch all these racists react.
He raped Kane as well. Kane could not adjust.
Good defender who knows how the refs call these things.
There is an easy solution to this.
ANY arm out and grab FROM BEHIND automatic red ANYWHERE on the field.
So easy to implement and would get rid of these so called "professional fouls"
of a lot easier to call than hand balls in the box.
Soccer football started like rugby, and now it has come such a long way to make the sport clearly different and they cant implement such an easy rule. I like rugby as well, and I like it because it is NOT soccer and vice versa.
That being said...
Fingers crossed that the British Irish Lions v. South Africa test series takes place in South Africa. The Lions have done an extraordinarily good job of not getting Covid. Hope the South African national team does the same. The Lions already had to cancel a warmup match against one of the local SA clubs because their team just fell ill. Did not have enough players.
This series is extraordinarily good. Some of the most physical rugby on the planet. The English and the South African dutch have some history and it makes this rivalry fantastic. I want to see one of the games in the future.
For soccer I want to catch as many of the following as I can:
Just need to make sure they check for weapons before entry.
Rangers v. Celtic
West Ham v. Millwall
River Plate v. Boca Juniors
Palermo v. Catania
Red Star v. Partizan
If I had to choose 1, it would be Ranger v. Celtic (religious overtones)
That's a horse collar tackle.
Even NFL does ejections on those after the rash of season/career ending injuries from them.
