Capitol police whistleblower levels explosive allegations that leaders lied to Congress and mishandled evidence

he makes explosive allegations against Sean Gallagher, the Capitol Police's acting chief of uniformed operations, and Yogananda Pittman, its assistant chief of police for protective and intelligence operations.
