DMC deplores hyperbole, but he has a telling blind spot.

Capitol Rioter Broke Into The FBI,
Lost His ID And Backpack,
And Had An Armed Standoff With Police
He changed his hat and appearance several times on January 6th, but was positively identified by the distinctive scar on his upper lip...
He now faces numerous charges, including assaulting police officers and entering restricted grounds with a dangerous weapon.
Desjardins can be seen in videos of the insurrection assaulting officers with a broken wooden table leg.
The morning after the attack, an officer found a backpack Desjardins appeared to be wearing at the Capitol that contained three axes.
He brought a flashlight, two walkie talkies, three hatchets, and a bad at ude to the insurrection...
Investigators allowed him to leave after they determined there were no outstanding warrants for his arrest.
Providence police detectives arrested a 35-year-old man Friday (10/1) and charged him with felony assault, accusing him of firing a shot that grazed the head of another man in the parking lot of a Walgreen's on Sept. 26.
Timothy Desjardins fired the shot during a dispute
The table leg Desjardins brandished like a club still had the two lag bolts that connected it to it’s table sticking out of the end...
Desjardins has seven cases in Rhode Island and ties to others in Maine, such as one robbery.
he told police he "shouldn't have given himself up
Desjardins has a history of confrontations with police.

Steve Bannon’s Jan. 6 Legal Strategy: ‘Blowing Up the Whole System’
Steve Bannon isn’t just trying to troll the Biden administration and the Justice Department.
He’s creating a playbook for other resistant witnesses to the Jan. 6 probe.
...became the first person in nearly 40 years to be indicted on a charge of criminal contempt of Congress
Bannon appears to be using his criminal case to go after the committee that went after him.
“There's no cost to opposing Congress if you can give Congress a black eye for even daring to ask you questions,”
Bannon is attempting to force investigators to potentially expose who they’ve talked to and what they’ve said, peek into secret communications on the committee, and create a playbook for other resistant witnesses,
As Bannon faces criminal charges, he’s en led to the evidence against him.
...is trying to make some of that evidence public.
if this material were exposed to the public, it would cause “specific harms” like “witness tampering," with the added effect of making it difficult to find impartial jurors at a future trial.

Are the Dems smart enough, hardball enoiugh to outsmart Lex Luthor?
It is up to the judge...
to muzzle the traitor legally - and the motions are already submitted.
Im guessing the judge will see the obvious and muzzle him and order bannon to cease his public airings

tee, hee.
John Eastman, who penned Trump's plan to derail EC certification (and overturn the election afterward) challenges Congressional subpoena, will plead the 5th if questioned.

Proud Boy headed back to prison after being busted with illegal ‘ghost guns’ and silencers
Jonathan M. Cuney, 38, is described in the press release as a member of the Proud Boys since 2018.
He has a prior conviction for gun trafficking of which he pled guilty to in 2015.
Cuney also admitted that from at least August 2018 until November 12, 2019,
he purchased firearms parts from several dozen online retailers,
and had these items shipped to East Greenbush; Willits, California (where he maintained a residence); and Providence, Rhode Island (where he formerly maintained a legitimate firearms business),"
"Cuney then used these firearms parts to manufacture non-serialized handguns and rifles, and silencers.
These firearms are often called “ghost guns” because they do not have serial numbers,
making them more difficult for law enforcement to track."
When the FBI searched Cuney's home,
they found two rifles, one revolver, four serialized AR-15-style rifle receivers, two completed “ghost” guns, five pistol parts kits, two completed silencers and enough parts to build more than 10 silencers, as well as other firearms, parts, and accessories.
More weapons were found in a storage unit he owned.

You do realize that plagiarized line is not actually true.
Can a cliche get plagiarized?
Isn't that the way you're supposed to do it?
DMC straining to find fault with no topical take, as usual.
