The emergency filing by Kelli Ward is the latest twist in her months-long effort to fend off congressional investigators’ pursuit of her records,
and comes just days after a divided federal appeals court panel denied her request to block the House committee’s subpoena.
The filing by Ward and her husband, Michael Ward, was
directed to Justice Elena Kagan, who handles emergency matters arising from Arizona.

This is the DC grand jury convened to weigh Trump's criminal responsibility for J6. Some have pointed out that the failed claims of attorney/client privilege go both ways. Not only will Philbin and Cipollone have to reveal what Trump told them, they may be asked what they told Trump and others. If they concealed any crimes, they might face charges of obstruction.

The J6 options in Mark Meadows's 38 page power point included having DHS seize all the election returns from every state and having the National Guard recount them under the supervision of a special master appointed by Trump.
