Honestly, if Trump wants to win he should attack Biden from the left on healthcare by advocating for Medicare For All. He could correctly point out how much of a mess the ACA is with high premiums, tight networks, and high deductibles and how it's basically just a blowjob for the health insurance industry that wrote the bill. It would probably win him the rust belt and thus the presidency, and then he could just not do it just like when he said he'd raise his own taxes and instead gave himself a massive tax cut and none of his voters gave a . Or just like when he attacked Hillary from the left on the ACA in 2016 claiming he'd bring a healthcare system covering everyone with better and cheaper coverage and then just didn't do it. He could even say he's fighting for M4A and then blame Mike Johnson and Mitch McConnell for not being America first when they don't pass it through the house nor senate just like he did with the border wall in 2018.
