Was hoping this was gonna say LMA and DePression were sitting tonight (preferably due to a trade).

That would imply that it was only the Pelicans that had COVID troubles in fielding an 8-man roster.

Or that Eubanks and/or Weatherspoon made it so the Spurs had eight guys. Wouldn't surprise me at all if the Spurs kept those guys on the list so they didn't have to play yesterday.

Safe to say the trade saved Caris's life. These types of cancers are rarely caught before they'd spread. Good luck to him.

LaMarcus Aldridge is out for Wednesday's game vs. Minnesota with what the Spurs are calling right hip, flexor soreness.

Actually I am rooting for Lyles ,hoping he reverts to his last season ending form. As poor as LMA defense has been Lyles couldn't hardly be worse .

Rudy Gay has been added to the injury report. LaMarcus Aldridge has right hip flexor soreness. Gay has left hip flexor tightness. What the difference between soreness & tightness? Vassell will get his minutes back tonight, that’s for sure. We will also see Eubanks, I assume.

Smells funny. So who we trading LMA and Gay for?

Actually Lyles played better defense than LA ever did this season, not to mention Eubanks also. I think Spurs young can fill the scoring void especially with White back, and should push DJ to score more.

Pop with an update on Lonnie Walker, who will miss his second game in a row tonight due to stomach illness: "He'll be back with us tomorrow, and we will see how much he can handle minutes-wise." Pop added that Lonnie "hasn't been able to eat much."
