What proof did they give you? I got a vaccine card and a sticker after getting my first shot of Pfizer. Though they did take SSN so maybe you'd get something from the federal government later?

I expect the longterm effects of the virus are probably a lot worse than the longterm effects of the vaccine. I worry about a family member who was the picture of health in his early 30s who has had some lung issues after getting COVID.

I have had 3 or so close friends/family w it. So far it does not seem they have longterm effects eventho they had moderate symptoms and some even hospital stays. But I agree imo this is still unknown

They should get their lungs x-rayed when possible. Plenty of people who’ve beaten the virus pretty easily have long term lung clouding.

Yeah, your vaccine card is from the CDC so that should suffice, although under Biden I'm anticipating a more centralized database on the horizon.
