    As soon as Joe shuts down the oil industry, natural gas won't be an issue

    If power generators did this to avoid paying spot prices for oil and gas, anyone who knew and didn’t resign on the spot should go to prison.

    I found a better explanation, it ‘s still a pretty bad regulatory failure.

    I found a better explanation, it ‘s still a pretty bad regulatory failure.

    If the concept is to force those people who did not lose power to better regulate usage, that's cool with me. If it was just to grab money, not so much.
