You're turning RD2191 on
I like it long and hard.
You're turning RD2191 on
Lyles quietly having a really good 4-5 game stretch, another good one for him tonight
Patty was really good, but his 4th quarter yikes. DJ, Derozan top performers again.
Lonnie and Aldridge playing well was a plus
Also Samanic could be ready sooner than we think, he's shown enough to not be a liability on defense
If he works his way up from being a defense guy, the future is bright. Ceiling would probably be higher than #2.
Also, Luka had the game high +8.
Got to tag the ST nerd on this, R. DeMurre
Was high on Lyles since last season... he hustles, can shoot the 3 ball, and is passable on defense.
Just putting this here for all of us Number Two haters: if the Jazz finish with the top seed, it makes a Lakers/Clippers round 2 matchup (as the 2 and 3 seeds) likely. I'll even root for the Lakers if it means Number Two getting bounced in the second round again.
Now that is a hot take.
Sorry. Mistake post.
Shame Jones didn't get any burn.
Didn't we start this season also setting records for number of assists per fg... haven't heard any updates on the trend we were setting...low iq?
This is a game vs the Pelicans...if he didn't play well he would have been a lot worse than I think he is
Slow down...it's one game vs the Pelicans...let this be a trend before we say he is Ginobili
Lol...we win a game vs a lottery team and these are the comments that come out of this board...smfh
It’s so hilarious to me using turnovers as the end-all for IQ. I consider the Warriors to be a smart team and they’re ranked 23rd. Utah is another team that’s full of vets and heady players and they’re ranked 18th. Same for the Lakers and they’re ranked 25th.
J_Taco, you ever think that maybe the system and having the coaching staff emphasize not turning the ball over is why the Spurs have ranked in the top ten for the past ten years has something to do with it? That this team has been some where in the top 15 and not any higher for the past 20 years because it’s an emphasize even with the great smart Spurs teams of the past? I know this is over your head.
So my comments were made when Pop and Patty were almost blowing the game and even timvp agreed in his grades. I know you fluffers like to bend down and grab your ankles to the end.
Night and day on defense compared to where he was in those preseason games where he looked like he had one foot out of the league and just lost despite this being his second year. He plays such a weird position though, not really a 3 or a 4, like a 3.5
Seventyniner
It's not as outrageous as y'all think it is. Who here really thought Kawhi had a high ceiling during his first 2-3 years in the league? Don't lie...
I didn't say Samanic was anywhere close right now, but he has the tools.
Playoff Pee ever going to be able to close a close game vs a contender?
What a fail choice by Nephew and Uncle.
Re owner gives 230 million.
Unreal.
Really surprsied the Spurs won this game. Just shows that I cannot be too mad either when a Spurs squad with full strength is not able to beat an opponent missing important players. Its still 5 on 5 on the court and due to todays 3 point shooting prowess you can lose any night.
I hope Aldridge stays on the bench but I fear he will be back in the SL when Pop thinks he is 100% after the injuries.
Happy to see how Murray gets more and more consistent. Despite his nice defense he was still outshined by Demar who played a brillant offensive game.
