Miami seems to be a no brainer here. But Lakers and Nets will be knocking on his door hard.

Going to need a more generous buyout on Aldridge than usual to stay out of the tax. More than they got from Carroll if I remember right

Wouldn't be surprised if Aldridge screwed them and refused anything less than a full payout. Maybe not likely, but the Spurs trading their way into the tax on a bungled deadline day fits with the front office. They'd be too classy and nice to refuse Aldridge.

Well Spurs don't have to buy him out. He can stay at home the rest of the playoffs. Plus Heat will be begging us to release him.

if Aldridge did that I would tell him to kick rocks and he can sit at home for the rest of the year. Spurs are becoming a joke. Stop being the nice guy and start being schrewd. Country club BS

I can't believe we couldn't get anything for him. Watching all these teams now fighting to get him for free like ing vultures makes me sick.

Based on the last few years you just knew they would up and lose him for nothing. Next up: DDR max loyalty contract.
