Poland have been England's group rivals in World Cup qualifying on six occasions over the years, most recently for the 2014 compe ion in Brazil as well as for the 2006, 1998, 1994, 1990 and 1974 editions, with some memorable clashes taking place during that time.

Not sure Lewa would be a difference maker tbh
    England is the better team

I’m hoping England will destroy Poland, but it would be funny if they lose to a Lewaless poland

Ofcourse they are better on paper and generally England performs very well in Qualifying

But they are mentally weak, lack unity and break under pressure.

We were better in the last Euros. They were better in the last World Cup.

    0-1 England. Penalty kick.

I like our chances full strength. Identical squads with Sterling being x-factor. England is the odds makers favorite to win Euros? Don't see that at all.

Even if England has the best chance, they're England and will find a way to blow it.

I called Belgium to win Euros.

    France or Belgium

I like Spain and maybe even Italy over England.

Not in a mood for England after that kneeling stunt; and no Lewandowski, so Poland's goose is probably cooked anyhow.

Going to be watching the second half of the San Marino vs. Albania game. Don't have ESPN Plus, so options are limited.

Okay, I'll flip back. San Marino's bubble just burst anyhow. It was 0-0 until they conceded in about the 62nd minute or so. A shame; I was hoping they'd get something out of this gritty performance. San Marino only scored twice in the last 26 matches, so I doubt they'll get the equalizer.

    Did Poland bend the knees?
Announced before match we would not. Boniek comments few days before

“I am absolutely against such actions. But I do not know if we will kneel with the English,” the ex-Juventus player and Poland’s star of the 1982 World Cup, said.

“So far, this topic has not appeared at the training camp. There were so many more important, more dangerous issues than this, which is the last topic that interests us.”

Boniek called the action a version of populism, adding that it “achieves nothing.”
“Footballers sometimes kneel, and if you asked some of them why they were kneeling, they wouldn’t even know,” Boniek added.

Imagine walking on their field with WC spot on the line and kneeling. A little ridiculous.

We couldn't finish the job today but it was too good to be true.

    Toughest 2 road matches done
England & Hungary haven't even played

We will only get stronger with our Portuguese coach during the Euro Tournament. Crowds coming to Polska!

    Did Poland bend the knees?
England actually invited them to do it, and they declined.
As they were doing it, one Poland player pointed to a patch on his jersey that read 'Respect'.
The ESPN crew must've thought they meant their BS kind of respect to even show it.
But my guess is the player(s) meant to respect one's self and not take a knee to the globalists.
