Unless of course your business is sports and you don't want to play the national anthem, or if your business wants to express an opinion contrary to the red team approved position. Then it's very important for the government to be in your business.

Observing the national anthem and being proud of your country and all the veterans who fought for our freedom is not government encroaching on business.

You're right, it's not. The government wanting to put restrictions on businesses who choose to skip that part is.

Or, you know, filing frivolous lawsuits about a federal election while a pandemic is ongoing, or flying to cancun when your entire energy infrastructure comes crumbling down, or telling people not to wear masks only to backtrack 6 months later once a bunch of people died due to your previous reckless call, etc...

What restrictions did the Federal government put on businesses for choosing to skip the national anthem?

Or you feel sorry for veterans who did their duty while understanding they were NOT fighting for OUR freedom.
They were fighting for each other while following duty bound pledges. Has to be one of the most difficult cir stances to put sane, conscientious people in.

Or taking issue with businesses deciding for themselves whether or not it's worth protecting employees and customers by wanting to know that those who enter your business have been vaccinated against a deadly virus.

First paragraph. Feel free to read for yourself.
"Democrats in the Texas Senate overwhelmingly crossed the aisle on Thursday to vote in favor of the “Star Spangled Banner Protection Act,” a conservative-backed bill that would require any professional sports teams with contracts with the state government to play the national anthem before the start of a game."

    Where are the restrictions?
