jarrett allen should absolutely be the spurs #1 target.

spurs would rather give paul millsap 2 years / $36 million though.

He fits better after the trade... Washington could have a lineup of

    Holiday, Neto
    Beal, KCP
    Demar, Kispert
    Kuz,Rui
    Bryant, trez, gafford

That's a good bit better than last year...
Exactly. Plus, if they want us to take back Bert or other long term $$, they’ll have to attach an asset. I like Deni for it.

Unless the Spurs are trading Poeltl why would we target Allen? Spurs need to get a starting caliber PF and some actual SFs first and foremost. Allen will want 25m+ and there's no point in playing a 7 footer with no range that can't create for himself that salary in today's NBA

Hawks got Tristan Thompson from the Celtics. Maybe just to be injury coverage for Okongwu, but combined with the Johnson pick maybe the window for Collins is a tiny bit more open

There’s been a lot of reports saying people expect the hawks to match offers for Collins tho

I’m really interested to see what the spurs do in free agency….

There’s been reports that they’re interested in John Collins, Lauri Markkanen, and Kelly Oubre… are those reports true or just agents spreading rumors

What comes of the spurs Free agents, I hate to say it but I’m pretty sure we keep Patty Mills, Rudy is probably gone, and it’s in the spurs and demars best interest to find a sign & trade that benefits both parties imo

as it stands the spurs will have 10 guaranteed roster spots taken with Primo on the team now, maybe 11 if they sign Joe Wieskamp to a deal

I'd be down with SA trading for Siakam, Simmons or Harris provided they don't let themselves be screwed. Sabonis might even be on the move. Getting him would probably make the lack of a four with size even more glaring, but the talent is there. Even if the Spurs somehow sign Collins, they need to find away to make some trades.

Based on Wright's record in trades, slim as it is, I'm pretty sure they'd be screwed.

Spurs extended RFA on KBD. He seems like a lock to be a rotation player next season.

We have underpass of Joshua primo. We don't need patty anymore.

Or is this a sign and trade thing where we discuss what stuff Celtics have?

I get $34 million in room for Dallas if they decline Cauley-Stein's option and renounce THJ. Pelicans at $37 million if they have a renounce-a-thon and cut Gabriel. Kyle Lowry is getting PAID y'all

The Mavericks are now in position to possibly have up to $33M in cap space. However, using a majority of room could come at the cost of free agent Tim Hardaway Jr.

Sources confirm that Boston is acquiring Josh Richardson with their $11M trade exception. Because the salary for Richardson jumps to $11.6M in 2021/22, the trade will get finalized on Saturday. The Mavericks will create a $10.9M trade exception as part of the deal.

What's disturbing about Simmons is he hasn't improved an inch since he started in the league. Last year was adv. statistically his worst. That's forgiveable, but otherwise he's not doing much of anything right now he wasn't four years ago.
He is a very lazy boy
He has the skills to be great if he had a work ethic

Y’know, I’ll bet Presti would take Brian Wright if we include a draft pick. Heck, promise Presti our next lottery pick to take Wright, since we won’t be using it.
