Don't see that in the linked article... Also notes that the local BLM have already been reporting these clowns...
the unblushing Sorelian violence of west coast anticapitalist street fighting is real enough, but the PPD picking on goths because they wear black isn't some new thing.
(earlier on Mayor Wheeler alerted citizens to people wearing all black, I'll find a cite if you need one.)
