unintentional = not flagrant
Reymin Guduan of the A's goes way the out of the baseline and es Cody Bellinger.
It did not seem intentional at all, rather caught up in the moment trying to get an out. Nonetheless it was wreckless as .
Bellinger with a hairline fracture in addition to cut muscle.
Check it at the :44-46 mark. Guaduan didn't even allow one inch of the base.
unintentional = not flagrant
Considering MLB has added that goofy automatic man in scoring position to start Extra Innings, I could sadly see it
But historically this is when you hit their best offensive hitter. Since this is the AL (designated hitter) and I think that's a reliever whom would never bat anyway.
Negligence is not an excuse in any law. But intention could be considered for degree of foul.
yeah, hitting batters just starts bad blood, but in some cases it should be an automatic run
Exactly.
Or 5 runs.
Watch how fast the hit batters stops.
"But but but the pitchers can't help it sometimes it's accidental."
And so it is sometimes. Put in the penalty and watch how fast they improve their control.
5 runs is draconian, but giving up a point on the scoreboard will do the trick enough.
1 won't do squat in a 7-1 game.
Perhaps make it so if team is behind they pull even, if team is ahead they get +1.
